We at Woof! hope to make each and every customer happy and satisfied with each and every product that they purchase. In order to achieve this we have tried to provide detailed imagery and measurements for proper sizing to help. However, if you do have any other questions about any product or products please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to assist you because all orders that are placed are final.
If you do find that after receiving your order that you have made a mistake in sizing, etc. please contact us within three working business days for assistance and for a Return Authorization Number (No returns will be accepted without it). * Please note that any special or customized orders, beds, carriers, clearance or sale items and any holiday items that are purchased are not returnable!
Products that are returnable are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be in an unused/new condition with all tags attached with correct packaging. You will also not receive a replacement or be reimbursed for your return until the item arrives and is judged to be in said condition.
